2023 has sure held its ups and downs and twists and turns, yet just like in golf you do your best to bounce back. I’m proud to announce that our committee members, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, are already preparing for another entertaining day of FUNdraising on the driving range on Monday, March 11, 2024. Allow me a moment not only to extend an invitation but to illuminate the significance of your support.
Recently one of our Operation Game On (OGO) alumni sent me an email to express how, during challenging times, golf, with the support of Operation Game On, has unveiled a new hope he so needed.

I’ve been going through a lot recently – and have been spending a lot of time at the driving range.
In the past, whenever I was under a lot of pressure I would turn to drugs/alcohol and dig my self into deep holes that felt impossible to climb out of.
Today I realized that this is the first time in my entire life I’ve ever truly had a healthy outlet.
Thanks to you, Matt and everyone at Operation Game On I’m able to cope with grief/stress/trauma a lot better.
I just wanted to take some time out and tell you how much I appreciate you and everything you’ve done for me and all of the other Veterans.
No response needed – just wanted to let you know how grateful I am for you.
I think you’ll agree that his words are a testament to the positive change we are able to create together. For me, knowing that I’m doing God’s work and using golf to save some lives has opened my heart again. It’s Game On!!
