Memorial Day is a special time of reflection that originally was set aside to decorate tombstones of fallen soldiers. We are indebted to all those soldiers, Marines, sailors and airmen who have given their lives defending us over the years. To some that have returned from the battlefield, Operation Game On is here to help them heal and celebrate the life and rich futures still ahead.
A recent article in the U-T San Diego by Tod Leonard shares this wonderful story about one of our fine “young” OGO men, Retired marine Colonel Jim Collins. He truly inspires us all to never give up and to keep swinging.
